Triumph over adversity !. Anthea is an business achiever, a go getter, Post Graduate student Cum Laude who found herself a victim of a series of set-backs in the form of violent crime – murder, rape, riots and assault, divorce, business failure and many other personal stresses, which all combined to break her. The turning point for her was the taking of her own life, and the realisation inside of that neither adversity, trauma or even death define life. Life is instead all about nourishing an inextinguishable hope, and discovering an indestructible inner core within.
She has found key resilience skills which she combines in a series of spiritual, psychological and practical activities which can be used by each participant to Bounce Back themselves.
