4x4 on the Westcoast @ Scheppie Saus is situated between the beautiful mountains of Moutonshoek near Piketberg, Scheppie Saus offers unrivaled beauty and tranquility.

Facilities for guests include scenic hikes, swimming in the rock pools, 4x4 routes or just relax in the tranquil surroundings.

For accommodation there is a choice between camping and a rustic self-catering wooden cabin.

Scheppie Saus also caters for large groups and hosts musical festivals.

We will also cater for your group on request; potjie is the specialty.

Camping at Scheppie Saus

Scheppie Saus has a large grassed camping site with 50 stands.

There is a centralized ablution facility shared by both sexes which comprises of two hot-water showers and two flush toilets

Accommodation at Scheppie Saus

Accommodation at Scheppie Saus consists of three 4-bed wooden cabins. Each Cabin has a double bed and two single beds. The kitchenette is stocked with all the basic utensils required. There is one shared ablution block with hot-water showers and flush toilets.

The 4x4 Route at Scheppie Saus

The 4x4 route at Scheppie comprises an easy trail which is rated grade 2 to 3.There is also a more difficult extension to it which has been graded 4 to 5.
